  • It was a clean hotel, warm bed but when it came time for my shower, the water wouldn't warm up. I called down to the front office about the issue and they offered me another room to take my shower, but I would have been late for the shuttle to the airport. It would've been nice if they told me to change rooms earlier so I didn't have to take a freezing cold shower. I went downstairs to check out and was expecting an apology which I didn't get. I probably should give it one star but it did have comfortable beds.
