  • These apartments are by far the WORST places I have ever lived. I too had a RAT issue which went unnoticed by management until I had an issue about hearing something in my walls one night. The next day I had someone come out from pest control and leave a note on my door reading "trap in vent". When I came home that day my neighbors then informed that there was a RAT issue! I wasn't even notified of any issue regarding Rats prior and Ive never dealt with Rats before so I didn't know what the sound was that I was hearing. I had to hear it from a neighbor who said they had the same issue going on for months!! I then went into the office to talk to someone and who then, before I even said anything, asked me if this was about the RATs in my apartment. So these guys knew about this and neglected to inform me about it!? Let's not stop there though, I've had numerous workers in and out of my apartment whom left dirty rags in my bathroom sink as well as workers coming in with no booties on tracking dirt everywhere. The carelessness of this place really disappoints me. No one cares about anything there. I moved out of my apartment at the end of April and these guys still tried to charge me May rent! I had to go and call the third party and cancel the funds which left me overdrawn on my account. I have also just received my move out fees and I was charged way over what the leasing manager and I had discussed which I've been trying to call them about and no one has gotten back to me yet. This new property management company does an extremely poor job of communicating anything. They don't seem to care about the people that live there at all. If you have other options, I would definitely check those out prior to moving here this place is horrible.
