| - 8/11/17 update: I've been threaten at this complex 3 times and until the last time someone in the complex did something and it's only because I went into the office yelling and making a big deal. I've been threatened by one group of 3 black people threating to pretty much end me, another group of black people telling me shouldn't ask questions I don't want answers to? Umm I asked the question dumbass, and by 2 white people that threatened to burn my car down and the complex we live in and the staff in the office didn't care or take the threat seriously. If you want to live here just be careful and I'd recommend keeping a weapon on you (gun/knife/something this is not an exaggeration), staff at this complex don't take your safety seriously they've recently fired the community manger and hired a knew on that says the issues will be fixed, I really do hope that the issues get fixed in this complex before an innocent person is hurt by the shitty people they're letting into the complex.
4/11/17 update: water was shut off again, we called the office to find out why and they said they sent out notices which never happened.
Me and my fiancé have lived here for 5 years and we will not be staying. The other employees apparently don't know late fee prices or any pricing when asked, you have to wait for the manger but she leaves before the scheduled closing so your late fee will go up if you can't track her down. It takes 2 month to get a work order completed for something that I could have done in 5 mins. The water is always getting shut off with out a notice, or a notice several days later. The people in this complex don't care about it and either do the employees at the front office. Every time you go in to ask something they can't answer you and say that they'll call you with the info but they never call and that happens every time you go to the office, they ask for your phone number, apartment number and write it down then obviously throw it away. Meb sold this complex to alliance and they fixed it up and made it way better and livable, but now meb bought the complex back and it's gone back to bad management with attitude. This complex has the worst communication skills I have every seen in my entire life, if they say their going to contact you about something don't expect a call or email about it. Update 03/13/2017 they don't do any deals for lease renewal and come up an excuse about how they give the people that renew a good deal on rent? Raising rent almost $50 a month is supposed to be helpful to us how? They try to make it seem like there doing you a favor by not offering any savings or any good deals, they say other places do the same but they don't plenty of other complex have deals we went to plenty of places that offered $500 off first months rent for new signers and lease Renewers, just be prepared to be treated worse the longer you're here. AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!
