  • Rose, who works in the leasing office, is incompetent. Firstly, a package was dropped off at the office. We went to get it, and because Rose doesn't understand anything, she lied and said it wasn't there. Next day we talk to someone else, and she gives us the package. Secondly, we needed a paper from the office, and Rose had to come back to us three times because she forgot if we lived in building one or two. Lastly, she didn't know where to find our lease and refused to look for it because "it isn't filed so we don't know where it is." Thankfully Nancy grabbed our lease; it took her less than a minute. We already planned on moving out because we needed a three bedroom, and then they hired Rose; she was the only valid negative thing about staying there.
