  • I attended the post-renovation Red Ribbon cutting for the new restaurants/bars with Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and let me just tell you... The property is gorgeous! All of the hotel staff were amazing. The food, drinks, restaurants and bars, pool, etc. throughout the property are both aesthetically pleasing and have delicious food and drinks. We were able to try a number of cocktails and sample some of the dishes and I didn't have anything I wouldn't recommend. The whole property is amazing with the new renovations and I would highly recommend it for out of town guests, as well as anyone in town for a stay-cation or just to come down for an evening to enjoy a few cocktails at the new poolside bar or even a casual dinner!
