  • Ay ay ay, where to begin with this place. I should have trusted the reviews and the people who have purchased here. I had been stalking the net for a special edition Jeep for several months when one finally popped up here. I called and went to drive it the day I found it online. I knew if I wanted it, it would take forever at the dealer because negative equity is involved. I was there at 8pm, no other customers around (to my knowledge) and I was denied the deal because I had "2 car loans"..... Uh yeah, my husband owns a car and so do I. I was going to be trading one in. I wasn't trying to add a third. I was honestly dumbfounded at the lack of knowledge and effort from the finance manager. There was no sense of care at all. It's almost like they didn't want to sell a car. I've never encountered that "problem" with trading a vehicle before. Needless to say, I'll be shopping at Auto Nation from now on.
