  • I did my chi hair straightening with Jessica and her assistant did the blow drying. It's now been 3 months and I can say the results are fantastic and well worth the price! The treatment still holds strong and my hair stands up to the humidity no problem. I was in Spain and Portugal this summer in 45 degree weather and not a frizzy hair to be seen...thank You! The good.. - I bought it in Groupon and got an awesome deal! - Jessica was super kind, I got totally lost and she was so patient as I ran to Timmys to grab breakfast. - Jessica answered all my questions and was a genuinely kind and warm woman...ill be back to try balyage! - her daughter is a sweetheart and there is such a nice family vibe in the salon, archer hubby also does hair, I love supporting family businesses. - I'll be back for balyage Jessica!! The bad... - As others mentioned Jessica left to work on others which as a customer I feel could be alleviated by spreading out bookings more. You want some one on one attention when you're paying so much. - The treatment felt disgusting in my hair I ended up washing after 48 hours and used sulphate free shampoo and 3 months later it's fine so don't feel pressured to buy special shampoo. - your hair is CRAZY straight and lifeless after the first wash but it gets better over time and fuel does come back. Awesome place and people...ill be driving over from Markham again!
