We ordered the beef tendons, some green stir w minced pork, the famous pork soup dumplings, shrimp and veg potsticks, wonton noodle soup and braised shredded pork over rice. The food is generally OK. I'm very impressed w the beef tendons which are really nicely braised and has a jelly-ish texture. The potsticks are good too especially w the ginger vinegar. But the soup dumplings are a little disappointing. I have anticipating having their dumplings due to what ppl say on Yelp. But they are no better than just mediocre Chinese soup dumplings. Despite juicy and flavorful, the soup inside is too salty and greasy to be appropriate. And that's the reason why they don't taste good when they are cold. The wonton noodle soup is a mixture of PERFECT noodles, mediocre wontons and salty soup that tastes terribly like chicken powder. The shredded pork over rice is OK but also very salty. Anyway, I highly recommend the nicely stretched noodles here and the potsticks.
