  • I have used this office for years for both my personal insurance and as a landlord for multiple issues and claims. I can honestly say that 95% the issues have been handled with stellar customer service. I wasn't quite as thrilled with the actual 800 customer service line, but this office has ALWAYS helped me quickly and politely. Even with the 800 line. I was an insurance customer service rep and claims adjuster for years and I know good service when I get it. I hope I was half as good to my clients as this office has been to me.
