I'm not sure how I feel about this place. I did love the Dr. and had a very pleasant experience with both my son and myself when having our eye exam. He was very kind and accommodating and answered all of my questions.
The staff in the office seems a little irritated at times and I had the feeling that when I was asking about what the purpose some tests served that the employee didn't really know. When I asked why my son needed a certain test, she kept repeating the same generic phrase that they must have trained her to say and she never really answered me.
They asked me for my cell number and my email so they could contact me when my sons glasses were in. We waited and they never contacted us. I finally called and they said , oh yeah they just came in. I must be psychic!
I ordered some emergency glasses for myself (I wear contacts) and waited over 2 weeks to hear from them. Nothing. I finally called and waited on hold for quite a while when the employee finally got on the phone she said "your frames just came in and now we need you to pick the color before they are ready." I asked what they meant because I had specifically ordered black frames and she told me that I had to come down to the office to pick my frame color. I was super confused since I ordered black frames, why do I need to come down there? She was getting irritated with me at this point and said I need to pick my frame color. I explained to her I had already picked the black and she said okay and hung up. Sooooo...will I get a phone call when they are ready? When will they be ready? We shall see.
Why can't Dr.s offices have nice Dr.s and nice staff? Its always either one or the other.
