I visited this park a few times before, mostly as part of the Israeli independence day picnic which we got together with friends for barbecue and Israeli games.
Today we came here for the beach. Apparently, this is a very popular spot, or maybe its the 35C day that forced people to search for ways they can cool their body. I was a little annoyed I had to pay an entrance fee ( 5$ per person) and a parking fee (9$) I think you should either pay for the parking or an entrance fee that includes the parking. Anyway, the beach was super cool, sandy beach (if you like those) cool water that was perfect and the kids loved it. Too bad the swimming area is not really deep for swimming but if you have kids its exactly what you need.
