  • This place is fantastic! Fast, friendly and honest. The honest part is a rarity these days, as I have been burned by so many mechanics in the past. I came initially just for an oil change and tire rotation, but had some questions about other repairs that were approaching their time according to my vehicle service maintenance guide. They did an inspection in the same visit and told me everything was tip-top and that I didn't need to rush any other maintenance. They also didn't try to upsell me on anything else! That was truly refreshing! I can't even tell you how many times I've been pressured into buying unnecessary upgrades or add-ons. All this in under an hour! I am so happy to have found Crawford's! This will now be my go-to place for any of my vehicle needs. Thanks guys, keep up the great work! Funny side story: While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, there was an older gentleman there that was also waiting for his vehicle to be serviced. I overheard him talking and realized he was on a first-name basis with the owner and other staff. He was cracking jokes with them and had an overall relaxed demeanor like he had been there many times. So, I asked him if he was a long-time customer and if he was happy with the service. He leaned over and in all seriousness told me he has been coming to this shop since it opened and he refuses to go anywhere else. He told me Jeff (the owner) is "like a savant" when it comes to engines and cars in general. He said he has never seen anyone troubleshoot issues with cars like Jeff and he trusts him exclusively with all his vehicles - cars, motorcycles, boats and even airplanes! That's one hell of an endorsement! Shortly after he leaned back on the couch he was sitting on and passed right out! Homeboy was straight sawing logs! Hilarious.
