While in Vegas, this was a normal hotspot for my mom and I. We flew with vacations Hawaii and came here for dinner.
The coupons covered the meals, so I decided to look over the menu. The waitress suggested the island short rib and I was a bit apprehensive because I'm not a big meat eater, but when on vacation, all rules go out the window.
I'm glad i took her recommendation because the meat was soooo soft. It fell right off the bone and the sauce made it even better. It came with veggies and I asked for brown rice. The Mac salad was okay, but who cares because the short rib was thick and juicy. I felt a little guilty eating this, but it was all worth it. It made me feel like I was at home eating an awesome local plate lunch. The customer service was great and I'm glad the waitress made that recommendation because i was going to opt for the tocino (which I had later in the week and it was blah).
