  • Went there and they asked if i wanted a hand wash. I said sure. Went and waited and waited and waited after an hour i went back to clerk as i could not see my car anywhere. She told me they were just about to start it as they had three electricity utility trucks they had been hand washing. I told her if they knew that why did they offer me a hand wash and at least told me about the wait time I told her i wanted a refund. She had to call a manager over. The manager stated they dont do refunds. I told her they didnt do the work and i wanted my refunds and i would get it done elsewhere. She was rude and even threatened me that she would do it but not to use the word damn in front if her. Yes i said i want the damn money back now as she was not going to do it. DONT GO HERE. Its ran by incompetent morons.
