  • Waiting an hour before a waitress even acknowledges you and a friend at a table/booth when the place isn't even packed?! Really?! And when I let the manager know, as I would want to know about that if I was a manager, they look at you like "I don't give a fuck" - just flabbergasted by the absolute horrible customer service at this location.
