rev:text	NEVER EVER GO HERE! I hate to even give 1 star to this location. I had the worst experience at this location than anywhere else when purchasing a laptop. I took a computer technician and a family member with me during my purchase. The sales associate sold us a product that did not include the package advertised. When returning home, firing up the laptop, we concluded that there had been a mistake. We called the store....7 transfers later, and a 49 minute hold we finally reached a manager named Martha. The associate named Brian was not only justified in lying to us, per the manager's opinion, but that we simply misunderstood his sales pitch of the product. So, not one, not two, but three people simply misunderstood a 1,000 dollar purchase? Really? Then we were told we would have to pay additional for the items that were supposed to be included. Need less to say, it took going out of my way an hour into the store, then arguing with 5 managers and confirming with the sales rep what we were sold ,that they finally installed the product that was to be originally included, but we had to pay half! What happened to customer service? I had plenty of money, it wasn't about getting something for free. It was the principle that we should receive what was disclosed at the time of purchase; however, we were lied to. The store misrepresented the products on the laptop and the sales associate was justified in doing so, AAAAND...(shocker here...hold on to your seats) the sales rep made a commission! :) Of course he was going to tell us whatever we needed to hear. NEVER EVER BUY HERE! You will be duped!!! Amanda
