  • Let's just say I won't be buying my wedding band from here... By far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. My fiancĂ© and I went in a couple weeks ago to have my engagement ring cleaned and no one offered to help us- everyone was just chatting with each other. We went up to one gentlemen to tell him that we wanted to get my ring clean and he pointed me to someone else. The girl that actually took my ring was helpful but the rest of the staff was unhelpful. While we waited to get my ring cleaned we decided to browse for wedding bands- again no one asked us if we needed assistance. We had to once again go up to someone to ask for help. We were assisted by the same gentlemen from the beginning and he came over and was basically like "what do you need?" He did not take the time to tell us about any of the rings or ask us our preferences. Once he helped us pull the rings we wanted to look at he proceeded to have a conversation with someone else and completely ignored us. I don't understand how a jewelry store could have such terrible customer service. You are literally selling thousands of dollars in merchandise. My fiancĂ© and I could've been millionaires ready to drop hundreds of thousands (unfortunately we aren't millionaires), but with that service they would've lost a huge customer. The Diamonds Direct location in Indianapolis where I got my engagement ring from was the complete opposite experience... DD Southpark should take notes.
