  • I really wanted to like this place as I love cinnamon buns. Went here last summer for the first time and the young girl who cashed me out looked bored and annoyed. No thank u or a smile. I ate the bun right after leaving and was so disappointed. Its so dry and tasteless. This bun is not cheap and I will go to cinnabon next time. Gave it another try this year as maybe I had a bad one. Sadly, its the same thing as last year. Will not be going back. It is overhyped and customer service is horrible.
