The gym itself and staff is fine, it's the customer service and higher ups that suck. I moved back in August, talked to them on the phone, emailed them as they wished and they STILL charge me. I've called every month asking for a full termination and my money back for October on out. Nothing has come my way. This seems to be an on going issue with a lot of people it seems. I understand the 30 day rule so I understand being charged for September. But every month since is a joke. There are way better options out there than this place. Very disappointing.
