  • I switched to Super Paulene's about a year ago now and I've been a regular ever since. I did get off to a rocky start here, before I could settle in as a regular I had a couple of great mani/pedi experiences and two that were terrible, both of the terrible visits were with the same person. When I called for subsequent appointments, I asked for anyone except for ______ and my mani/pedi experience was back up to five star. I have a regular technician now and she does a great job. It's the same family that owns the salon I used to go to but these folks are friendly and care about providing good service. Salon itself is nice, clean, huge polish selection and they are fast without sacrificing quality. Parking is outstanding and the location is convenient. Prices are the same as every other salon in the area. I've never had an issue with peeling, chipping, or not being asked about the type of service I wanted. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the person that does a bad job is still there and I have heard other people complaining about her poor performance.
