  • Ben and Ben came out on short notice to inspect our house. Our request was unreasonable... 8am on a Sunday is for nursing hangovers, not home inspections. We could have just ruined the following Monday. But the Bens came out with no complaints and without even suggesting that we, uh, check ourselves before we wreck ourselves. I've been through very few home inspections so this review is based on my zero years of experience with this kind of thing; It was great, very thorough. Even though it was July in Las Vegas they spent a good hour or so crawling through a very not-so-spacious attic "space". And, even though it was Sunday, they weren't visibly eager to leave as soon as possible. I mean I'm sure they were and I wouldn't blame them for that at all, I couldn't wait for it to be over myself. The report that followed was just filled with tons interesting facts about the property. Good news, only one of the three toilet seats is loose! Ben called me after he sent the report to make sure I understood the assessment. He then sat through another round of my stupid questions. And answered them all. And he didn't even sigh heavily once the entire time. I mean seriously, I was even annoying myself. Ben and Ben were impressive both in their customer service ability and what I can only refer to as "mad inspection skillz". If I were ever planning to purchase another home, my first inclination would be to jump off a bridge into a pile of fire ants while wiping my tears with something fattening. But my second thought would be to call these guys again. I highly recommend them.
