  • While getting a quote to clean a wedding dress, a lack of clear communication put me in a bind. The owner spoke to me from a remote location and had the dress brought to me. It's not the error that's exclusively considered, rather how it was handled that's equally important. Hats off to this local business and may they continue to do their best & get better at it!
