  • I have alot to say. Especially when u can't be late yet me and about 6 other patients had to wait 30 minutes after the opening time because they were having an office meeting. I saw the dr. on 8/31 (only took 5 days to get the appt with was great) spent 5 mins with the dr only to say I needed injections and didn't check anything or test anything. Got spinal injections done on 9/1 (was double charged for this injection by his office staff), called back 10 days later (even though the pain didn't get better and more pain by the injection site) to find out I needed injections every 7 days even though my new ins wasn't going to be active until 10/1 yet I was to call and schedule the 2nd injection once I got my new ins info. Then dr. Wasn't available until 30 days later for me to get pain meds because he didn't give me any and it would cost me $145 just to see him for pain meds (had no faith at this point). Called again 9/23 to speak with office manager she asked if the doctor drug tested me to give me pain meds I laughed because no one asked me to drug test and I would of passed even though I'm a medical marijiuana patient. The doctor didn't even look at my mri or CT scan CD (I brought them with me as he was only interested in the referral letter and the written sheets of the results) that my neurologists told me to have him look at. I told her to cancel everything and send me my money that they double charged me for. I just called again and the billing lady didn't know anything about it. She now has to submit for a refund, then once approved she has to take it to her boss because no one did it or put notes in the system. To top it off I got the letter from them more then a week ago stating i no longer wanted to be a patient but call them in the next 30 days if its an emergency. What a joke. Couldnt help me when I was a patient why would I go to them if it was an emergency. Very messed up and an unorganized office. I have now been properly diagnosed (with all my images and results from my doctor, chiropractors, physical therapists, neurologist and acupuncturists notes) and taken care of by Another pain center here in AZ. Arizona pain specialists doesn't look at each person's situation differently, it's a text book company and they don't care if your in pain.
