  • Been going here for years the customer service has been good most times. One day I was in there they told me if I bought a blue cloth bag for $2 they would have sales which on that day you could buy at a discount anything that fit into the bag. I kept checking back on the days and never happened. I asked the manager about it he said he would ask about it never got a response from people above him. If your going to run sales gimmicks at least go though with the thing. My sand filter which was 30 years old cracked I went in and they sold me a brand new filter I installed it my pressures were over 30 PSI. I called them they said the filter they sold me was too small for the pump I had which was 1 1/2 HP. I had to remove the entire filter and return it to them along with 1/2 days work plumbing it in. They did exchange it for the correct filter for free but why didn't I get the correct one first? I told them the size of my pump when I bought the first one. I give them 3 stars they did up-size my filter for free it was more expensive filter. Adding sand and removing sand re-plumbing the PVC twice in a day wasn't how I wanted to spend my weekend.
