I bought several cars from Larry Miller Dealerships. This family has good values and great business ethics. I had a problem with my toyota after 1/1/2 yrs., ownership. Toyota would not honor the warranty for a stress crack on the window. They told me that the window suffered from a impact. This window never had an impact while I drove it and I knew this is a fact. I do remember the technican who prepared my car for deliver droping a screwdriver on the window and made a little mark. This is what caused the window to latter shatter.
I wrote to Miller enterprise explaining this issue. Mark T. Mauer contacted me immediatly. I told him about this issue. He fix my car for "NO-Charge". This is what I call a 100% remedy. This comes from fine ethics training in professional business management.
I will buy, service, and contact Larry Miller for all my car needs for life. When you find a family "the Miller family" who deal with customer on a fair, level playing field you have to support those folks.
