As a customer for more than ten years, I have always been pleased and satisfied with the service I've received from Lady Bug, that is until recently. A week ago, I called to schedule service and received a quoted price of $44. I was out of town when the service was performed and the tech presented my husband with an invoice for $108 whichhe paid. When I learned of the discrepancy, I called the manager, Monique, and asked her to refund the difference. She refused. To date, I have not received a refund. I highly discourage anyone from using them or at least get a quote in writing.
