Absolutely amazing!!
Where do I begin?
I'm 27 weeks pregnant, have never been adjusted before but am starting to have lower back pain for obvious reasons and have done a ton of research on the benefits of seeing a chiro regularly while pregnant to help with labor and delivery.
I found a dr in my network and it was honestly a terrible experience. I was a little discouraged so went to a trusty mom group I'm in on FB and asked what their thoughts where and every single one said find a chiro that's Webster certified and specializes in pregnant women. Which leads me to this place!
Dr. Cantania was the only one in my area, and though she's out of my network and I'll have to be paying out of pocket it's 100% worth it. She spent an hour on me adjusting my pelvis, upper back, neck, did ART on my muscles with a tool, and gave me a massage where my round ligaments are to lessen the tension. I feel like a new women and so confident how this will help my pregnancy as I grow and through labor.
I'm a pro body builder and still lifting pretty heavy as well so she was able to lessen the tension and pain I was having just from weight lifting on top of carrying around an extra 20lbs.
I can't say enough good things and so so happy I found her. She also adjusts babies too so I can't wait until my little one is here and can reap the same benefits starting out as early as a couple of months old.
