  • Customer Service rates at a 3. Contour boxes rate at a 1 they are not stable several interruptions several freezes. The service technicians rate at a 5, very pleasant very considerate follow-up is very good. Unfortunately you don't want to have your cable boxes serviced on a regular basis because of problems so the fact that the technicians rate so high is unfortunate because them coming out means you are having a problem again!
