  • I brought an expensive handbag in to have a tear in the leather repaired, was assured it would look unnoticeable upon repair, needless to say two weeks after the promised date and 150$ later it looks like a 5 year old repaired it. I expressed how unhappy I was with the attempted repair, and the owner/manager said that's the best its gonna ever be and put it in a plastic bag, laid it on the counter and walked off. He didn't even try to rectify the situation and seem unconcerned about how unhappy I was. Needless to say I am very unhappy with the repair and the price since it wasn't repaired properly. I will not be returning to this business again. I wish I could give it a negative star as it doesn't deserve the one star you have to rate to write a review.
