  • I have been to Carmine's 4 times with a group of 10-40 while working with Caesars. Is it good? Yes. Does that warrant 4 stars? No. I mean... I'll go back, but the food seemed to be normal Italian food with super-sized portions. I expected to get some better than average dish. I wasn't really amazed, but I did have a ton of leftovers. Honestly, not as an indication of the food, I always gave the leftovers to some homeless people on the Strip. One time I had 5 bags! Carmines packages the leftovers up with great care. The dishes had utensils, napkins, and great containers. It just wasn't enough to warrant 4 stars.
