I recently tried to call to make an appointment to bring in my Pontiac for a cruise control issue. After waiting on hold for "the next available service representative" FOUR times and being jockied between two receptionists I hung up and called a different GM dealer in town.
he receptionist didn't even offer to take a message to have someone contact me when they were free. They didn't even offer a voicemail box to leave a message. What horrible service. I will drive the extra 10 minutes down the Beltline to work with someone who isn't too busy for my business.
