| - I love this place! I've never been a yoga or gym fanatic, but my neck and shoulders has been super stiff and I thought yoga would help. There's a $30 for 30 days trial so I took a few classes and now I'm hooked.
It took me like 10 minutes to get registered at the counter, but you can also register on their website. Once registered you'll get a login and password for the class and start booking. There's a really efficient app too, and I usually just book and cancel classes using the app. The app also records what classes I've been to, my schedule for the week, my bill etc so if I'm ever in a hurry and need to look at what I'm scheduled for, I just look at the app on my phone.
The rooms are big and but there are not many people in the classes I've been.. maybe 15-20 people. The rooms are huge so everyone is spread out pretty well with lots of space to work on. The rooms, lockers and restrooms are super duper clean! Mats aren't available for free but blocks and cushions are available in the rooms. Just bring your mat and a water bottle. If you forget anything, they do sell water bottles and rent mats and stuff out.
Everyone has been welcoming and non-judgmental, there's not really a kumbaya cult party atmosphere.. it's more like a get in, do yoga, get out kind of atmosphere. Which I like.
I'm gonna keep coming back! And I hope you'll join us!
