  • As much as they want to brand as Texas BBQ it certainly falls short. The brisket was not very tender and lacked flavor and was more like steak than brisket, the links were okay, and the pulled pork was average. I only had the spicy sauce and it was warm in temperature, which is different. In a pinch it will do.
