  • This place really is as bad as the bad reviews say it is. THE STAFF WROTE SOME OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!! I have been her customer for years so I have known her staff by name over that time. If that alone doesn't tell you to stay away, let me do it for you... When Jen first opened up she was the ONLY State Farm agent near the new Mountains Edge area. This is why she grew so quickly, not because of great service. However, now that she has grown so quickly she doesn't have time for her clients and leaves you to her untrained short-tenured staff, who give you wrong information most of the time, incorrectly code your policies so that you are paying MORE than if they did it correctly (which I believe is intentional since they're commission based), and don't give you the time of day unless you are adding a policy. I have easily paid over $1000 over time because of their incompetent staff/lack of attention. For example, not putting multi car/accident free/multi line discounts/ etc even after you notice and ask them about it only to find later they lied to you and it was never added. Don't get me wrong- if you are trying to create a policy they will be all over you. They'll call you 2-3 times a day to make sure they get the sale. But as soon as they get it, along with that commission, you will just be another number to them and won't get an ounce of service in return when you actually need it once in a blue moon. You will have to call repeatedly and beg someone to call you back. Meanwhile, her staff don't stick around all that long and you will be working with another new face before you know it... and all of them are young and active on social media... and they will continue finding ways to get Jen 5 stars here and there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for years until I finally had enough. Oh, and the 3 people I have referred feel the same way. There are a million other state farm agents out there that would love to have your business and treat you like a customer rather than a commission check. If there were a 0 star rating I would definitely use it. UPDATE: After 2 weeks of practically begging this office to transfer my policies to a different agent I finally got fed up and contacted the corporate office to make it happen without their 'assistance'. Transferring your policies AWAY from an agent is an extremely easy process. I wish I did it sooner and It took me less than 5 minutes.
