  • i am definitely a fan! i absolutely love hot pot. chubby cattle does everything that's great about chinese style hot pot and then added a conveyor belt for that little extra fun. they provide all of the different sauces that i grew up loving in a chinese home. they give you all the different selections of meat and seafood and veggies. the broth is something you won't find easily elsewhere in vegas. it's a very herby broth with delicious flavors. growing up, i hated the stuff but now i just love it! they are busy! i would highly recommend making a reservation, even though sometimes the hostesses mess those up too, it's still much better than standing around waiting for a table. before the weather starts getting too warm for hot pot again, check this place out. you won't be disappointed.
