Emailed service@ccmotors.ca for quotes on maintenance.
1) No auto reply was received stating timelines for reply (as is best practice for any email business transaction.
2) Been over a week and still no reply.
Honestly, I could call service but if this is how they are with email, how much better are they with anything else? Even though I live in the area, I'm going to Scarborough Subaru for all my future maintenance AND I WILL PROACTIVELY POST ALL OVER THE INTERNET AT EVERY POSSIBLE REVIEW SITE IN EXISTENCE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW inept and unprofessional C&C Motors are.
I wouldn't have believed all the negative reviews already out there if I didn't see it for myself.
