  • I lived at Normandy Apartments in Shadyside for almost a year, from August 2013 to May 2014. The apartment has an old feel to it, but it still has all the necessary amenities. Each building had a washer/dryer in the basement. Rent was reasonable. What I liked best was that maintenance issues were handled exceptionally well. I'd either call in with a maintenance request, or file a request online. Either way, it would be taken care of very quickly. I'm giving it 4 stars because there was just one washer and dryer in the building for 8 apartments. Great place to live otherwise!
