  • My fiancé and I were in town for a golf tournament and since we wanted Italian, I searched Yelp for "Best Italian Scottsdale"...Marcellino came up in the results and boy...am I glad they did! Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the décor and ambiance. This place is great for a first date or any other romantic/special occasion. Our server was warm, friendly and very attentive (sorry, I don't remember his name but he is from New Orleans) - he made our dining experience very enjoyable. My fiancé thoroughly enjoyed his veal dish and I opted for salmon (which was delicious by the way). We also had a side of the home made sundried tomato pasta (DON'T PASS UP THE PASTA)! This is hands down the best Italian food I've had since leaving the east coast. If you are looking for authentic Italian food, don't pass them up!
