  • 2/3 managers, Anthony and Mark, are awesome. They will go above and beyond to take care of you. Eric, on the other hand, can't be bothered. I spent a total of about 10 hours figuring out an issue with my account, and Anthony wracked his brain to try to figure out a solution. He ended up trying something that had never been done, totally outside the box, and was able to take care of it. When he asked Eric what he though about it, Eric replied, "I guess try it. I don't have a better answer for you." Not a great way to correct an issue that was made in your own store. Outside of Eric, the management is more than accommodating. Thanks again Anthony!
