  • Was just told by the manager that "walk-ins" were a higher priority over our reservation for 12 that was called in well in advance and then confirmed the night before. We went to Big Ben's across the street. They served us immediately. Going to Pike's to celebrate birthdays was my suggestion. A mistake I won't make again.
