  • Superior customer service. I have to share what one of the employees (possibly the manager) did for me today. I needed to vent a battery and the fitting I had wasn't the correct size. I was hoping to find something like an elbow fitting for vacuum tubing that I could adapt. The person helping me started going through the fittings and I mentioned what this was for. He walked over to the battery display and pulled the bag of venting hardware off an Optima battery on display and gave it to me for no charge, telling me that they had extras as customers often didn't need them (they didn't need venting, or they reused the existing vent hardware when they replaced their batteries). That's how you create a loyal customer. I"ll go out of my way to buy all of my auto parts from that store in the future.
