I'm a new customer to Aptive and even though we've only had the initial treatment, I'm satisfied with the service. The sales rep, Wesley, was very courteous and detailed in his explanations. I was happy that I could be scheduled so quickly, as it's that time of year in the desert. The tech, Waylon Knapp, was professional and informative. He answered my questions regarding the product and the service he was performing. He was also very patient and understanding dealing with my 3 very curious dogs.
