I had a most horrible experience with this company. I would give them zero stars because I waited two days and they never showed up. Their phone number is 602-451-3243, just to clarify in case there is another moving co. with the same/similar name. The "testimonials" on their website must have been fabricated by them. Don't trust those. I wish too I had checked them out on Yelp first.
I called them on 7/29 (talked to Pat) for a move on 7/31. They said they would be there at 1:30. Knowing that moving companies are notorious for being late, I gave them until 4:00 before I called. They called me back at 5:00 saying their morning move took longer than expected and now they didn't have time to do ours that day. He said they could do it first thing in the morning, would we be up--yes I said. Got up at 5:30am to go over to the residence. Decided I would give them until 7:30 to show up. I called every half hour until 11:00, leaving messages but received no return calls. Someone finally picked up at 11:00 (John). I asked if he listened to my messages--no. What he ultimately told me is "We are a dispatch center. We send the call to a mover and it's up to them to show up." So, no follow-up, no responsibility, and definitely not an ounce of customer service. Had to be out of the apartment that day, actually the day prior. It is now the weekend and we are out of time. We were leaving town the next day. I had no other option but to call a charity and donate the furniture because that organization would and did pick it up. It's a worthy cause, but I had no intention of being that benevolent! Had to buy more furniture--fortunately it was old anyway.
