  • My mom passed away Dec 15 of 2012. I was very unsure who I should select to handle our funeral arrangements. After speaking with many local funeral homes I decided on kraft&sussman. What a great choice it was. It's difficult to make any decisions when you're emotionally spent. The owners happened to be out of town and left the most wonderful young lady to ensure their business ran smoothly, with love and care. I can't say enough wonderful things considering the circumstances. Everything went as smoothly as promised, in fact above my expectations. I have decided to do pre-need for my aging father so we are not in the same predictament when his time comes. The owners have continued to follow up to make sure our family is healing and also made sure we aware of all grief support groups if we should so desire.
