Rip off alert !! Believe me I called twice with 10 dollar vouchers and the people said there were no seats left for that price ..but just luckily they had upgraded seats left for a whole lot more money ..so there ya have it ..I would even bet many of there "wow" reviews are fake ...once I got the sales pitch I said no thanks and hung up..make no mistake I would've gone for double the price but o can't stand when someone tries the squeeze me for a few more dollars .. Don't pay any extra just pay what you've been promised and have fun or walk away
Olivia from the show just replied to my review ..fair enough I didn't see the show so she is correct .my review was for the so called bait and switch in which they give coupons for 10 dollar seats and have only a few if any . When you call they try to sell you upgrades and have you prepay for drinks..let me explain .
I did try twice to book and all seats were gone except of course for the Vip which would have been about 40$ each probably plus tax..so for which started as a 10$ ticket each totaling 20+ tax the new price would've been 80$ + tax so in essence a 25 dollar night turns into a 90$ show for 2..and yes I got the coupon from a seminar but so what ? Does getting a discount on something make me a less valued customer ? And then they try and make you prepay for drinks over the phone..huh? That's a new one .. By the time I was 5 minutes into the sales pitch my bill was starting to look more like $110 plus tip..huge difference from the original 20+ tax ...
Olivia on a side note ,Please refrain from telling reviewers how the world works ..maybe upselling is how your world works but for normal people we just see it as a way for you to try and squeeze us for an extra few dollars ...don't take my word for it ? Just read all the other reviewers who claim the same as me and question all the 5 star reviews...
