  • My friend was waiting for her food for 30 minutes and when we went to see what was taking so long it was just sitting in the window. The employee wanted her to take it even though it had been sitting there. She seemed disgruntled when we asked for it to be remade. She also didn't even apologize when she threw the food back up into the window.
