  • Living in England it is a little more difficult to order flowers to someone living in Phoenix. Lisa was fantastic all the way. She picked what flowers suited my requirements and arranged them wonderfully. Unfortunately there were a few hiccups with delivery (they turned up late so missed my friend at work) - But these thing happen! I can honestly say that Lisa did everything she possibly could to fix the issue. She offered to re-send flowers to the home address of my friend (which I declined because i didn't have my friends home address to hand). Instead she sent my friend the cutest teddy bear and a balloon to her work the next day. You really couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you Lisa, I will be ordering from you next time too :)
