  • I've been here three times and everyone is so helpful and seems to really enjoy their job. Today and the previous time I was in I was assisted by Spencer. He was funny and very helpful and real. He didn't seem to be one of those sales people that try to get your money and pull a fast one. The previous time I was in I had dropped my phone in a toilet and needed it to be replaced and it was quick and easy which definitely helped the situation. Today I was eligible for an upgrade and Spencer told me all about the Edge plan which I ended up going with! If you live in Henderson and need a Verizon store to go to this is definitely the place to be! Great service!
