  • First, from my vantage cupcakes are an extravagance that do not require an entire store. Good cupcakes can be gotten anywhere or baked yourself. Granted these are more attractive looking but I don't see them as worth the extra effort or expense. This store has quite ample parking in Regent Square. As Regent Square is full of neat boutique shops and parking is at a premium I just can't see that this store requires this much parking and in fact it is often used by people frequenting other stores.
