  • I am a tea lover and have loved David's Tea since it has opened. I am writing a review today because I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at any David's Tea location at this location yesterday. The following three things really stood out to me yesterday: 1. All three of the staff members working were friendly and courteous and went out of their way to let me know they would get to me soon and they were sorry for the long wait. 2. The teaista (is that what you call a tea barista?) that helped me was very knowledgeable about tea and knew exactly how to answer my question about an old sealed favourite can of David's Tea I found during spring cleaning. He also knew about upcoming promotions and was able to point me in the direction of the 2013 $1 Tea mug. 3. Even though the store was packed and full of customers (some behaving not in the nicest way) the staff remained patient and answered my questions and the questions of all those around me with confidence. I highly recommend David's Tea and especially this location.
